**Your Role**

As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the coordination, delegation, and quality control of onsite work for our aerial cable construction crews. You'll be responsible for:

  • Performing field inspections of cable/fiber/coax placement, splicing, and construction work.
  • Assisting in building out/upgrading both underground and aerial aspects of our network.
  • Reading and interpreting CATV construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Tracking daily production for your crew and achieving schedule demands.
  • Evaluating crew member performance and providing coaching.
  • Ensuring workforce compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA requirements.
  • Interacting with subcontractors and field personnel regarding work completion and resolving conflicts.
  • Managing vehicle maintenance and inventory control of on-site equipment and tools.
