We are seeking a skilled Clerical Support Specialist to join our team at Interactive Government Holdings Inc. in Unionville, MO.

The successful candidate will provide clerical support to our USDA NRCS team, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to the USDA NRCS team, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with compiling contract documentation, including conservation plans, maps, photographs, resource data, and technical material.
  • Process mail by applying proper postage, preparation of packages for shipment, and provides drop off at delivery sites.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining contracting files and producer records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in utilizing agency-specific software and web-based applications.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Familiarity with certified mail and return-receipt mail procedures.
