We are seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our team in various roles, including maintenance, service, and installation. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing equipment, to ensure optimal system performance.
- Service: Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
- Installation: Install new commercial HVAC systems, ensuring accurate configuration and optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Commercial HVAC certification (e.g., NATE)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance, service, or installation
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
