Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and guide your team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, pricing, and product offerings.
- Expense Control: Manage store expenses, including labor, inventory, and overhead costs.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire and train new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
