  • Recruit and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store crew.
  • Provide inspirational feedback and foster a motivated work environment.
  • Craft employee schedules to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment.
  • Manage key financial aspects, including payroll and inventory management.
  • Step in for the Store Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older (21 in some states).
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle.
  • Liability insurance on the vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
