About the Role

At Soar Autism Center, we are dedicated to providing a comprehensive suite of services that enrich the lives of children with autism and their families. Our interdisciplinary approach emphasizes early engagement, holistic support, and tailor-made developmental-behavioral programs that cater to the individual needs of each child and their family. We follow evidence-based, play-centered methods based on the Early Start Denver Model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods.
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy.
  • Collaborate with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Computer and tablet literacy.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential, as well as an ability to meet specific physical demands of the job.
  • Preference for college graduates or individuals pursuing a college degree.

  • $20.50-$26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion.
