About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team at Crossroads Trading Co. Inc.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and fashion-forward individual to lead our retail store team and drive sales growth while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to maximize sales potential and create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise, to ensure optimal stockroom conditions and meet sales demands.
  • Implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer feedback, and team member attendance and productivity.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in basic math and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
