We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce all security and loss prevention policies and procedures to provide a safe and secure environment.
  • Engage, coach, and train Loss Prevention Agents to identify leading indicators of loss prevention risk and appropriate escalation paths.
  • Enhance, track, and report on key loss prevention goals and metrics.
  • Ensure internal controls are adhered to per company security standards.
  • Investigate workplace violence incidents in conjunction with site and executive security leadership.
  • Ensure team members understand and align performance to company loss prevention vision and values.
Requirements
  • 1 year of Loss Prevention or Security experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with security systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and/or weekends.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Solid research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
