Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- IV certification (if required by state regulations)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body
