Clinical Trial Educator

The Clinical Trial Educator (CTE) plays a pivotal role in disseminating knowledge regarding clinical trial eligibility criteria to both trial coordinators and healthcare professionals. This position is responsible for conducting educational sessions aimed at boosting patient enrollment rates. The CTE will collaborate closely with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and other medical teams in the field to formulate tailored recruitment strategies. Furthermore, this role involves establishing partnerships with referring physicians and building referral networks to facilitate site operations. The Clinical Trial Educator will also engage with support groups relevant to the therapeutic area.

Position Details:

This is a full-time, field-based role that requires travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Experience in Clinical Research is essential
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license is preferred
  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) is advantageous
  • Experience in community engagement is required
  • Knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations
  • A background in business is beneficial
  • Proficiency in customer service
  • Strong technological and administrative skills
  • Excellent presentation capabilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in the local language
  • Demonstrated success in patient recruitment activities, including outreach, chart reviews, and data analysis

  • Frequent travel, including potential overnight stays, is required
