We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit team at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialty certification related to practice, PALS and/or NRP certification (for Relief Charge Nurse) upon hire.
- Specialty certification related to practice (for Relief Charge Nurse) upon hire.
