- Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones and responding to patient inquiries.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Preferably at least one year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Insurance Experience: Experience with insurance eligibility and co-pay determination.
- Certification: Medical assistant certification and experience is a plus.
