Qualifications:

  • Corporate Finance Experience: Experience in corporate finance law, with a strong focus on credit facilities, acquisition financings, and private credit.
  • Document Negotiation: Proven track record in negotiating and drafting a wide range of legal documents related to financing transactions.
  • Team Player: Diligent, proactive, supportive, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
