Job Summary

The Sales Professional at Mayor's Jewelers, Inc. is responsible for creating a memorable client experience by establishing strong relationships, anticipating client needs, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a passion for jewelry, excellent storytelling ability, and a focus on hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present products to clients in a confident and engaging manner, incorporating storytelling and technical detail to create a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Build and maintain a clientele through effective use of the company CRM platform, focusing on relationship building and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge on the brands, collections, and pieces carried in the showroom, as well as general industry knowledge.
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times and conduct business with integrity, adhering to company guidelines and policies.
  • Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members to ensure seamless client service.
  • Turn clients over to another team member as required to best serve the client's needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage, while maintaining a visually appealing showroom environment.
  • Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Independently use all company systems, hardware, and software required in the performance of duties and responsibilities.
  • Complete relevant administrative responsibilities and tasks that support the Client Experience, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Take in and deliver client repairs as required, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and trust.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and company success.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year retail sales experience
  • Excellent storytelling ability
  • Passion for jewelry
  • Excellent client service and selling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate (MS Office)

Working Conditions and Environment

  • Schedule flexibility and availability required to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay Range

$35.00 per hour
