Job Summary:

The Sawgrass Seasonal Operations Support provides administrative and logistical support for the Retail Store Operations Staff. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales transactions, including entering sales at POS and handling customer inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering and directing calls, and resolving customer issues.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, reflecting current visual guidelines and priorities.
  • Operations Support: Assist with restocking store packaging, stationary, and office supplies, as well as inventorying and organizing understock.
  • Jewelry Support: Assist with cleaning and packaging client jewelry, as well as identifying repairs and restocking supplies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in an operational role in a customer service environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in various roles based on business needs, including non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
