Eliot's is a leading provider of home and community-based services for children from birth to three years old. Our multidisciplinary team assesses the needs of each child and works closely with their family to maximize skill acquisition and facilitate optimal growth in cognitive, language, motor, and social development.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's strengths and areas of need in interpersonal communication, speech production, receptive and expressive language, and cognitive bases of language acquisition.
  • Develop and implement personalized remediation programs to address communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to provide transdisciplinary services and support families in understanding and addressing their child's needs.
  • Develop and ensure follow-up on treatment goals outlined in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in the home, aligning plans with funding requirements, sound clinical practice, and family input.
  • Promote a team approach to treatment planning and service delivery, working closely with staff members, family members, physicians, and agencies.
Benefits and Requirements:
