Eliot Community Human Services is committed to providing high-quality services to children and families. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, Fee For Service, you will play a critical role in our Early Intervention Program.

We are seeking a Master's level professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children from birth to three years of age and be familiar with total communication, feeding assessment, early childhood development, and children with special needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to assess the child's needs and develop a treatment plan that maximizes skill acquisition. You will provide home and community-based services, utilizing a hands-on, family-focused approach to support parents in understanding their child's strengths and needs.

This position offers a competitive salary of $70.00 USD per hour, with a 6% increase for bilingual candidates in a needed language. We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace culture.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
  • Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with children from birth to three years of age, preferably in infancy/early childhood

You will also have strong clinical skills, advanced communication skills, and intermediate experience working with diverse populations.
