Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience is highly preferred. Other experience working with young people, such as coaching, is also valued.
  • Skills and Qualities: Demonstrated passion for and experience in teaching young minds, with a strong commitment to student-centered learning and individualized instruction. Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive learning models is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, innovative educational environment and embrace change.
