Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality of precast products at various stages of the production process. This includes performing inspections, testing, and recording data to validate compliance with Lindsay Precast standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret product layouts, engineering drawings, and formula mixes
Perform post-pour and pre-pour inspections, as well as overall inspections of other products as requested
Record testing data accurately and apply statistical quality control procedures
Present and evaluate data, writing reports to validate or indicate deviations from Lindsay Precast standards
Assist in setting up and performing destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control
Advanced with a tape measure and superior attention to detail
Experience with concrete and/or in a construction/manufacturing environment preferred
Willingness to obtain company-paid certifications as required
Reporting:
This position reports to the QC Manager
