As a Guest Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and thorough information to clients via telephone, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for growth and development.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through accurate and thorough information provision.
  • Book and change appointments, answer product and service questions, and promote special offers.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal staff and leadership to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills and appointment booking software knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to analyze needs quickly and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Flexible availability for day and evening shifts, including some weekends.
