About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of The Women's Center at County College of Morris. As Program Director, you will be responsible for implementing strategic plans, managing grants, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program strategies to meet grant requirements
  • Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate team meetings
  • Identify and pursue additional funding sources and grant opportunities
  • Collaborate with community organizations and public relations to develop partnerships
  • Complete participant intakes, assess needs, make referrals, and provide case management services
  • Ensure regular social media presence and maintain participant records

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in social work, public administration, or equivalent advanced degree
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a not-for-profit, social services, or career development organization
  • Demonstrated leadership in financial management, program development, assessment, resource development, community partnership, and personnel management
  • Knowledge of human services, exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and analytical research skills
  • Experience in grant-funded positions or organizations, bi-lingual (Spanish highly preferred), and knowledge of various social media and computer software programs

Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: $43/hour
  • Part-time position with 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM hours with occasional evening and weekend hours
