As a prominent Property Management Company, we manage a variety of multifamily residential communities in the Atlanta region. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional service to our residents through outstanding property management and responsive support. We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper who embodies our values of helpfulness and courtesy. Availability for weekend work is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the Daily/Weekly Checklist as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the grounds, ensuring removal of debris and cleanliness of parking areas, curbs, dumpsters, breezeways, and other public spaces.
  • Empty waste receptacles in all exterior amenities and public access areas on a daily basis.
  • Perform weekly cleaning of breezeways, eliminating dirt, debris, and cobwebs, and pressure wash as per the scheduled guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all groundskeeping tools and equipment.
  • Ensure the upkeep of all golf carts used on the property.
  • Assist in managing inventory of equipment and supplies necessary for daily operations, adhering to EPA and OSHA regulations.
  • Report any safety hazards or deficiencies observed during daily inspections of the grounds.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in groundskeeping or a related field.
  • Ability to safely operate both manual and power tools.
