Job Title: ICU Nurse

UCHealth is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Nurse to join our team. As an ICU Nurse, you will provide top-notch patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality care.
  • Model proficiency through precepting new staff members.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality at the point of care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 6 months of ICU or PCU (Progressive Care Unit) nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
  • AACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards are included in evidence-based care models for each ICU and PCU.
