Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our medical team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Partner with the RN and other healthcare team members to achieve patient care outcomes and goals of care.
- Obtain and accurately enter data into the EMR, as identified in the PCT Scope of Practice.
- Perform specific tasks as directed by the RN and other healthcare team members, following competency validation.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Transport medications and other items as needed.
- Maintain current BLS certification.
- Writes, reads, speaks, and comprehends fluent English.
- Be able to complete a basic computer course on the Electronic Medical Records.
