Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant personality and a deep passion for wellness and recovery. High energy is essential, as you will be expected to engage with clients promptly upon their arrival. The Wellness and Recovery Consultant will play a crucial role in assisting clients in achieving their lifestyle objectives through outstanding customer service, social media marketing, and participation in community events. This role also involves ongoing education about our products and services, teamwork with colleagues, and adherence to safety protocols within the center.

This individual will collaborate with the Center Manager and team to identify and resolve issues, establish expectations and objectives, and complete daily responsibilities. The candidate should have the ability to perform their duties with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work 15-30 hours per week, including some weekends.
- Experience in a dynamic, upscale environment.
- Exceptional time management, judgment, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong customer service skills, motivated, respectful, and open to coaching.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills for effective communication with peers, managers, and clients.
- Understanding of sales objectives and operational processes.
- Proficient in computer systems, including point-of-sale, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage bookings, reschedules, and cancellations through our POS system.
- Solid grasp of social media platforms and content creation.
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards, including laundry duties during shifts.
Successful candidates will need to pass a series of iCRYO service assessments following initial training.
