We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Mount Carmel Dublin. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a critical role in providing consultation and education to patients, families, staff, and physicians regarding the care of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a role model in the management of select patient populations through direct or indirect care
  • Act as a leader in monitoring, evaluating, and helping to establish the standard of practice
  • Assess the learning needs of colleagues within patient care settings and develop programs to meet those identified needs
  • Develop, review, and revise standards of care, policies, procedures, practice guidelines, classes, and protocols of care to reflect current evidence-based practice and changing technology
  • Promote, participate in, or conduct ongoing research in clinical practice
  • Develop patient education materials that are easy-to-read and culturally sensitive
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution or currently enrolled in a Master's degree in Nursing program with anticipated achievement within 2-3 years
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio
  • Professional certification(s) preferred
  • BLS Healthcare Provider training required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years recent experience in area of specialization preferred

Mount Carmel Dublin will be an innovative medical ambulatory campus directly tailored to the needs of the Dublin community and surrounding suburbs. The campus will provide a range of services, including a 24-bay emergency department, 60 acute inpatient beds, 4 operating rooms, and advanced imaging and outpatient testing capabilities.
