Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your expertise will include assessing patient needs, administering medications, providing wound care, and educating patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a current valid nursing license in the U.S., graduation from a qualified nursing program, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure timely delivery of patient care services.

Shifts Available

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your scheduling needs, including 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, morning, evening, or overnight hours, PRN, part-time, or full-time opportunities, with no weekend or minimum requirements. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose the shifts that best fit your lifestyle and preferences.
