We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team in Port Allegany, PA. As an LPN with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with adult and pediatric clients, providing one-on-one care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Provide education and support to clients and families on self-care techniques and disease management
