Job Description

This role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, with Key Carriers alternating between Coordinator and Key Carrier responsibilities based on store needs. Key Carriers must have open availability, including nights and weekends, and role model exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Creates a positive internal and external customer experience, promotes a culture of honesty and integrity, and maintains confidentiality.
  • Store Operations: Acts as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure, and ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan.
  • Leadership: Addresses immediate customer service issues, provides coaching to Associates, and exercises discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers.
  • Team Management: Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience, ensures Associates adhere to all operational procedures, and communicates effectively with management and Associates.
Requirements
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks.
