We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead Superintendent to lead our ground-up, mixed-use projects in White Plains, NY, and Hamden, CT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up mixed-use projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets, reporting progress to senior management.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all on-site operations, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with a proven track record in mixed-use or multi-family projects. They are detail-oriented, excellent at problem-solving, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders are essential. Local knowledge and experience in Westchester or Hamden, CT, is a plus.
