About the Role

The Massage-Body-Hydro Therapist is a key member of our Spa team at Royal Lahaina Resort, responsible for delivering exceptional professional service in the administration of massage therapy, body treatments, and hydrotherapy treatments to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and courteous service to all guests, managers, and fellow employees at all times.
  • Perform various types of massage, including Swedish, Sports, Shiatsu, deep tissue, and Reflexology.
  • Be proficient in all components of massage therapy, including anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Deliver a variety of body and hydrotherapy treatments, such as exfoliation, masks, and wraps.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Spa facilities, ensuring that all amenities are in proper working order.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, clean after each treatment, and maintain inventory levels of linens and supplies.
  • Provide Spa tours as necessary and promote and sell Spa-approved facial and body products using a prescription pad.
  • Check appointment schedules and print daily activities as required, as well as complete daily reports.
  • Ensure inventory control through proper usage of products and maintain passing scores on treatment inspections.
  • Assist with front desk or locker room functions as needed and maintain current licenses and certifications as required.
