We are seeking a skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at Saronic Technologies, a leading company in defense autonomy at sea. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring that products and materials sourced from suppliers meet our quality standards and specifications.

  • Develop Quality Assurance Processes: Create and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Supplier Audits and Assessments: Regularly conduct supplier audits, assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with contractual quality requirements, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action: Investigate quality issues related to supplier materials or components, using root cause analysis tools to identify underlying causes of defects or failures.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
