Job Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Genesis HealthCare, you will deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.
- Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning.

Qualifications and Skills
