Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with contractual obligations
    • Verify quantities of work performed to ensure percentages complete are consistent with contractor billings
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and track project budgets, including cash flow projections and payment applications
    • Review and analyze project financials, including invoices, change orders, and extensions of time
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Lead weekly project meetings with stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and contractors
    • Prepare and present project updates, including progress reports and financial summaries
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in construction administration, architecture, engineering, or similar field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Knowledge of construction delivery methods, processes, and agreements
    • Familiarity with construction best practices and general building codes and permitting processes
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills
    • High proficiency in MS Office software products, including Microsoft Project
