The Loan Officer Assistant at Limitless Lending & Investments, LLC plays a vital role in the mortgage lending process by supporting loan originators in assembling comprehensive loan files from application to closing. This position encompasses a blend of administrative tasks, client service, and loan processing responsibilities to facilitate a seamless loan experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the mortgage process.

• Assist loan originators in scheduling meetings with potential and existing clients.

• Respond to incoming leads promptly and maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to appointment.

• Manage the loan originator's schedule, ensuring appointments are set and confirmed.

Administrative Support:

• Provide essential administrative assistance, including maintaining client databases and facilitating the completion of loan applications.

• Evaluate clients' credit and financial situations to recommend suitable loan products.

• Conduct credit checks and prepare necessary documentation for initial loan assessments.

• Keep abreast of company-approved software and programs, implementing new systems as required.

Loan Processing Duties:

• Monitor critical dates related to loan transactions and respond accordingly.

• Distribute loan forms and documentation to clients, ensuring timely collection of completed materials.

• Maintain communication with clients to follow up on loan applications and address any inquiries.

• Collect and prepare loan applications for submission to processing.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with consumer privacy regulations while keeping clients informed throughout the process.

• Price loans in accordance with company policies and communicate necessary information to the operations team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through excellent service and timely responses.

Qualifications:

• Active MLO licensing is required (consideration for candidates with significant experience in a brokerage).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to ethical practices.

• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.

• Previous experience in a professional office environment, preferably in a mortgage or administrative role is required.
