About the Job
We are currently seeking a talented Sr. Software Engineer to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of our Advanced Monitoring and Control Software. Your expertise in .NET development, BMS Protocols, and RESTful APIs will enable us to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers, ensuring their business operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement scalable and secure backend microservices using .NET * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements * Develop and maintain high-quality, well-tested code in accordance with industry standards and best practices * Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software * Participate in agile development methodologies, providing regular updates on progress and challenges faced * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both within and outside the organization, to provide insights and recommendations on software development and delivery * Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.

What You Will Need
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field * At least 6 years of experience in software application development, preferably in .NET and C# * Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, demonstrating expertise in design patterns, data structures, and object-oriented principles * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a focus on delivering quality results * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance * Familiarity with modern software development tools, including version control systems, Agile project management tools, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines * Ability to travel occasionally, as required by the business.
