Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric developmental evaluations and provide individualized therapy sessions to children aged birth to 18 years in our clinic and potentially in-home settings.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and other related paperwork to ensure seamless communication with our team and stakeholders.
  • Participate in company meetings, in-service trainings, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of clinicians to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience in pediatric therapy, including functional ADL skills, sensory processing, and other relevant areas.
  • Ability to perform physical demands of the job, including running, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Pass all post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements.
