Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product runs from clients, including enzyme extraction.
  • Utilize laboratory equipment such as column chromatography and UV spectrophotometry to enhance batch scaling.
  • Oversee raw material management, including sensitive biological materials.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and coordinate manufacturing schedules.
  • Supervise the complete production workflow, which may extend over several weeks.
  • Engage in pilot-scale manufacturing and operate specialized machinery, including HMIs and temperature-regulated tanks.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Familiarity with hazardous materials is essential.
  • Preferred experience in GMP environments.
  • Proficient in Excel for production scheduling.

Job Type:

This position is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Work Environment:

This role requires on-site presence, typically during the second shift, with a standard workweek of approximately 40 hours. Flexibility for extended hours may be necessary to complete production tasks. The work setting includes a laboratory and manufacturing area with multiple suites and benchtops, supported by a small team.
