Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our body shop, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs efficiently and accurately, adhering to dealership and insurance company policies.
  • Assess vehicle condition to determine necessary safety or repair work.
  • Communicate effectively with estimators and parts personnel to obtain necessary components.
  • Document all work performed on repair orders, including technician notes and flag sheets.
Requirements
  • ICAR certification (preferred), with training provided if not already certified.
  • Aluminum Repair Certification (preferred), with training provided if not already certified.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide own tool set.
  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
  • Lifting of heavy items up to 75 pounds.
  • Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust.
  • Valid Driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines.
  • Must pass background screening and drug test.
