ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will effectively promote financial solutions that address everyday uncertainties. Your expertise in Medicare Supplement and Life Insurance will enhance your consultative approach in guiding clients through their financial choices. You will manage an existing portfolio to conduct policy evaluations and transition to health, life, and retirement offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based assessment to inform clients about insurance alternatives.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Competence in Microsoft Office software.

  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
