Baptist Health is seeking a seasoned Medical Director of Specialties to lead our team of healthcare professionals in improving quality outcomes and driving growth across our network of specialty clinics.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a leadership or managerial role, with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, evaluating clinic and group performance, and leading efforts to develop new clinics and expand existing ones. You will also work closely with specialty groups on special projects related to program development and participate in the AHG Provider Workforce Committee and recruitment process.
