Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, and keeping equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
  • Wash and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
  • Remove trash and place it in designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Assist with banquet table and front-of-the-house set up.
  • Load and unload supplies and product, and deliver them to designated areas.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous high-volume dishroom experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
