Curtis Lumber is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Window Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our commercial window business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth and Development
    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with architects, builders, and other industry professionals to drive sales growth and increase market share.
    • Partner with our sales and management teams to identify new business opportunities and expand our commercial window business.
    • Lead and support customers through the complete selling cycle, including specification analysis, product identification, bidding, and installation.
    • Work with architects to drive product specifications and recommend alternate products to customers.
    • Prepare and deliver on-site educational and product presentations for architects and builders.
    • Leverage resources to identify job leads and business opportunities.
    • Represent the company at promotional functions and participate in industry associations.
  • Product Knowledge and Closing Techniques
    • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of all window product lines and effective closing techniques to drive sales growth.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the growth and development of our commercial window business.
