About the Job:

This is a part-time position for a Registered Nurse in our pediatric psychiatric unit at Salem Hospital. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing and be licensed to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering high-quality patient care.">
  • The nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and effective care.">
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams are essential responsibilities.">

Requirements:

  • A valid/ current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts">
  • At least 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing">
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; graduate of an accredited school of nursing">
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred">

Work Environment:

This role is based at MGB NSMC Salem, with evening shifts and 8-hour schedules. As a member of the Salem Hospital team, you will enjoy a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth and development.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
