Job DescriptionAs a Certified Medical Assistant with Novant Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing various office and clinical duties to maintain efficient healthcare practices.
  • Working directly with healthcare staff to collect test samples, maintain patient records, and assist with basic examinations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for patients.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program, including pharmacology and medication administration courses.
  • Current certification as a CMA, RMA, or CCMA.
  • Prior work experience in a medical office setting, preferred.
  • The ability to obtain within 6 months of hire, required.
