Job Summary:


The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide direct clinical customer care and work with other clinical staff to establish medical protocols and treatment regimens.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical customer care to patients
  • Work with other clinical staff to establish medical protocols and treatment regimens
  • Meet all requirements to obtain associate medical staff membership and required privileges of service


Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Physician in the State of Alaska
  • Current American Board certification specialty appropriate for the service
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
  • Additional certifications may be required for specialty


Native Preference:

SCF pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting, and training. Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.

Compliance with our Employee Health procedure is a condition of SCF employment. You are required to agree that you will comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment.
