Job Overview

As a **Finish Carpenter**, you will take charge of the meticulous installation and creation of the final details that enhance our construction projects. Your skills in trim and bespoke woodwork will be vital in delivering exceptional quality to our clients.

Key Duties:
  • Accurately measure, cut, and fit baseboards, crown moldings, door and window casings, wainscoting, and other trim elements.
  • Interpret blueprints, plans, and sketches to grasp project specifications.
  • Safely and effectively operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
  • Finish wood surfaces through sanding, staining, painting, or other methods to achieve the desired aesthetic and protection.
  • Work collaboratively with general contractors, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure cohesive integration of trim work.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Finish Carpenter or in a comparable position.
  • Expertise in precise measuring, cutting, and installation of woodwork.
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for superior finishes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the skill to address challenges on-site.
  • Physical endurance to perform tasks that include lifting, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
