Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Health Advocates Network - Midwest. As a travel RRT, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory therapy services to patients with a variety of respiratory conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program
  • 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in applicable state (MD)
  • American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS for Health Care Providers
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
