Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Health Advocates Network - Midwest. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

This is a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist position available in Baltimore, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent acute care experience and be certified/registered as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) in the applicable state (MD).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct respiratory assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Operate respiratory equipment and perform diagnostic tests
  • Document patient information and communicate with healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program
  • 2 years' experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting
  • Adult Critical Care and NICU experience
  • Current Certified/Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) licensure in applicable state (MD)
  • American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
