Land Development Engineer Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage land development projects from initial concept to final approval
  • Work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and local agencies to bring projects to life
  • Ensure compliance with zoning, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers and support staff

Requirements:
  • PE license with 5+ years of land development experience
  • Strong background in site design, grading, drainage, and utility planning
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
